China has replaced the Communist Party boss in its restive Xinjiang region, nine months after an explosion of ethnic arrest left nearly 200 people dead and 1,700 injured, according to state media. The party's Central Committee announced that Zhang Chunxian had been appointed chief of Xinjiang, Xinhua news agency said, replacing Wang Lequan (pictured in this file photo).(AFP/File/Frederic J.
